tips on making lists

    You may not know this, but a list can be your best friend! Get into the habit of making a list of things you need to do, things you need to remember and anything else that might easily slip your mind. Making a list will make you feel less stressed because you'll get all that information and the "must-do's" out of your head and onto paper. At a glance you can easily see what's most important and needs to be done first, you can quickly check off completed items and at the end of the day a quick review of the list will show you just how much you've achieved. Trust me, make 2012 the Year of the List!
