- Discount codes and rewards cannot be used for international orders.
- Please be sure the address, credit card and any information is correct. We cannot accept changes to International Orders.
- All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging, handling and transportation of items.
- If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, you do not need to ship via International Checkout.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
To Request your return or exchange, please log into your International Checkout account and click the “request return or exchange” option. Then, select the “request return or exchange” option for the particular order under the RMA section and complete the form. Please read all RMA terms and conditions on the INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT PAGE. You will be required to agree to them prior to submitting your request. Once submitted, you will be notified whether your RMA has been approved within 3 business days.
