What happens if I change my mind after my order has been shipped?

Online Payment Information: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept personal checks and in some cases purchase orders, click here for more information. Personal checks require an additional 10 days for processing and are only accepted for purchases under $50.00. Only credit card, money order, or cashier’s checks will be accepted for purchases over $50.00.

We are happy to accept PayPal at Organize.com. PayPal enables you to make purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. You can choose to pay for your Organize.com purchase using your PayPal account instead of your credit card or check or other method of payment. Check processing is allowed through PayPal services. Can I place a phone order?
Yes, we are available for phone orders Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT (Holidays excepted) at

Can I order by fax or mail?
Yes, just print a copy of your shopping cart and fax it to us with a cover sheet which must include the following:


• Your Name and Billing Address

• The "Ship To" name and address

• Your e-mail address

• Day and evening telephone numbers (these are confidential and will only be used if we have a question on your order and will not be added to any type of list).

• Your Credit Card number and expiration date.

Fax orders can be sent toll free to 1-800-600-6817.

Do you send order confirmations?
Yes, all online orders will automatically receive an order confirmation within one hour. If you do not receive a confirmation, your order did not go through the order system, please call us at 1-800-600-9817 to place a phone order.

Please note: Spam blockers and spam filters may force the order confirmation into your email spam folder.

What does "ships directly from manufacturer" mean?
In some cases all or a portion of your order may be sent directly from the product manufacturer. Expedited shipping services are not available for these orders and the product cannot be shipped to U.S. Mail P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska or Hawaii addresses. Tracking and delivery information may not be available for 14 business days.

Do we accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders over $250 from city, state, county, and federal government departments and school districts. Please fax your purchase order to us at 1-800-600-6817 and mail us the original form. Sorry, we are unable to complete bid qualification packets for individual entities.

No, at this time we do not accept COD's.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but please order carefully because many orders are processed and shipped immediately from our processing center.

Orders can be cancelled if your written notice is received within the same business day of your order placement by 4pm PST. Beyond this time frame, we cannot make assurances your order will be cancelled as many orders ship the same day they are received. Any product which states "this item ships directly from the manufacturer" cannot be canceled if your written notice is not received within one business day.

Please note: If your order has already been processed or is in process from another location, you may decline to accept the order at delivery; but please be aware your product return will then be processed less any shipping charges.

Do you offer "gift messages"?
Yes, we are able to provide a gift message, no longer than 30 words, if your you order ships from our Processing Center. If you wish to have a gift message sent you will be prompted during the checkout process. Sorry, we cannot provide gift messages for those orders marked "this item ships directly from the manufacturer".

Do you offer any gift wrap services?
No, at this time we do not offer this service due to the size, and in some cases the shipping location of our products.

Do you offer large order discounts or volume discounts?
Yes, if you would like to place a wholesale or large volume order greater than $1,000 or 100 pieces of an individual item, please e-mail us and include the following information: Item number, Quantity desired, Shipping location, your complete contact information, and the date you need the products by. You may also call us at 1-800-600-9817.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders originating in or shipping to the State of California. You may be liable in your state for sales taxes, please consult your tax advisor.

Yes, our site is a secure site, the placement of your order is handled by encrypted Yahoo!

How to Tell It's Secure?

There are a couple of ways to tell if the information you are receiving is coming from a secure server.

1. Check the security icon. Most browsers use a key (Netscape Navigator) or padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer). An unbroken emblem indicates a secure browser.
2. During the checkout process check the URL field of your browser. With a secured server the address will begin with https:// instead of the usual http://.

What happens if I change my mind after my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped we do not have the ability to "retrieve" or cancel the delivery. Please follow the return instructions by clicking here. If you refuse delivery, your return will be processed and both ship to and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
